Please do not register if you are a speaker.

To register, you will need a DAMPS account. Please be aware that your registration is only finished if you choose the way of payment and submit your data. You will receive a confirmation of your registration via e-mail.

There is a limited number of spots. Therefore, registration will be closed anytime when the maximal number is reached. In order to avoid double charges, please submit your registration only once.

All fees are indicated in EUR, incl. local VAT (may be subject to change without prior notice).

The late registration fee will apply to any forms received after June 20, 2015. The DAMPS Office must receive the payment according to the following deadlines:

Early bird: until June 20, 2015
Full registration: until August 20, 2015

If you cancel your registration until August 10, 2015 an administration fee of € 20,00 will be charged. After August 10, 2015 you have to pay the full price.

Registration fee for participants covers

  • Admission to scientific sessions
  • Final program including abstracts, name tags
  • Poster sessions
  • Lunch and coffee breaks
  • VAT
  • Confirmation of participation

All registration material can be collected from September 10-12, 2015 at the registration desk.

For the banquet an extra fee of € 60,00 will be charged. You can bring an additional guest to the banquet. It will take place in the Knight‘ hall at the Godesburg in Bad Godesberg.

Please be aware that there are limited spots available for the banquet.


Poster Presentation / Talks
If you like to present a poster at the meeting, you can state that during the registration process. Poster sessions will be held on all days during the lunch break. Poster size may not exceed 120 cm vertical x 90 cm horizontal.
Some abstracts might be selected for talks. Please state if you are interested to present your data in a short presentation if your abstract gets selected. If your abstract is selected for a talk you will receive an e-mail with all required details.

Abstract must be submitted until August 1st, 2015.
